Buy Paramount+ eGift Cards

These Paramount+ Gift Card terms (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of Gift Cards. As used in these Terms, “Gift Card” means a prepaid stored-value payment method with a fixed monetary value attached to a unique code provided in physical or electronic form in a specific currency. Gift Cards are issued by Paramount Streaming Services Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Paramount+,” “us,” or “we”) ​​and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Gift Card Redemption

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for an account credit in the currency denominated on the Gift Card to be used toward the purchase of a subscription to the Paramount+ streaming service (the “Streaming Service”) in countries where the Streaming Service is offered. 

To redeem a Gift Card, go to www.paramountplus.com/gift, and enter the card’s PIN number and your ZIP code. Use of the Streaming Service and Gift Cards requires an existing or newly created Paramount+ account and is subject to acceptance of these Terms, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, available at https://pplus.legal/subscription. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to the Streaming Service. Gift Cards are assigned a fixed monetary value.

You must have a valid Paramount+ account or create a new Paramount+ account to redeem a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase a subscription to the Streaming Service sold by third parties (e.g. your PayTV provider, Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, etc.). Using Your Gift Card Balance

The entire value of the Gift Card will be applied as a credit to your Paramount+ account upon redemption and can be used toward the cost of any available plans offered in the applicable market. Your credit balance will be debited the applicable subscription price (plus applicable taxes and fees) starting on the day the Gift Card is redeemed and on each recurring billing period thereafter. Your access to the Streaming Service will be terminated when the credit on your Paramount+ account is no longer of sufficient value to permit access to the Streaming Service for the applicable subscription period. To continue your subscription, you must update your account profile with a new Gift Card or other accepted payment method. 

Once you redeem your Gift Card, the credits applied to your Paramount+ account do not expire. There are no additional fees for using a Gift Card.  

Any credit remaining on your Paramount+ account that is less than your selected subscription plan fee will remain on your Paramount+ account until you redeem a new Gift Card or update your account profile with a new accepted payment method. 

Refunds and Cancellation

Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, and cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Gift Card is used to purchase a subscription, then such purchase shall be subject to the refund and cancellation rules that apply for that particular territory as provided in our Subscription Terms. New subscribers using a Gift Card will be charged immediately upon redemption and may not be eligible
